Baldwin Rena Inoue bilan juftlik hosil qildi. Ular oʻzlarining birinchi AQSh chempionatida (2001) oʻn birinchi, keyingi mavsumda esa 14-oʻrinni egalladilar. Oʻshandan beri sportchilar toʻrtta qitʼa chempionatlari va Gran-pri bosqichlarida muntazam qatnashib kelmoqda. 2004/2005-yilgi mavsumda ular AQSh Gran-prisida bronza medalini qoʻlga kiritib, oltinchi oʻrinni egallagan seriya finaliga yoʻllanma olgan[2].

Juftlik 2001-yilgi AQSh chempionatida ishtirok etib, 11-oʻrinni egalladi. Keyingi mavsumda 2002-yilgi AQSh chempionatida qalay medalini qoʻlga kiritdilar. Juftlik 2002-yilgi Toʻrt qitʼa musobqasida qatnashib, 7-oʻrinni egalladi[3].

2002 — 2003-yilgi mavsumda Inoue / Baldwin birinchi marta oʻzlarining Gran-pri musobaqasida qatnashdi. Ular 2003-yilgi Toʻrt qitʼada musobaqasini tark etishdi, ammo 2003-yilgi jahon chempionatida ishtirok erib,10-oʻrinni egalladilar.

Inoue / Baldwin 2003 — 2004-yilgi mavsumda Gran-pri natijalarini yaxshiladilar va birinchi milliy chempionlikni qoʻlga kiritdilar. Ular 2004-yilgi Toʻrt qitʼa musobaqasida 4-oʻrinni egallashdi va 2004-yilgi Jahon chempionatida yana 10-oʻrindan joy oldi[4].

2004 — 2005-yilgi mavsumda juftlik birinchi marta Gran-pri medallarni qoʻlga kiritdilar va Gran-pri finaliga yoʻllanma oldilar va u yerda ishtirok etgan holda 6-oʻrinni egalladi. Juftlik 2005-yilda figurali uchish boʻyicha AQSh chempionatida ishtirok etib, kumush medalni qoʻlga kiritdilar va 2005-yilgi jahon chempionatida 11-oʻrindan joy oldilar.
