Har xil turdagi SD-kartalarning oʻlchamlarini taqqoslash: oddiy SD-kartalar, miniSD (deyarli ishlab chiqarilmayapti), microSD

Secure Digital Memory Card (SD) (inglizcha: Xavfsiz raqamli xotira kartasi) portativ qurilmalarda foydalanish uchun SD Assotsiatsiyasi (SDA) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan xotira kartasi formati (flesh xotira). Bugungi kunda u raqamli kameralar va videokameralarda, mobil telefonlarda, PDAʼlarda, kommunikatorlarda va smartfonlarda, elektron kitoblarda, GPS-navigatorlarda va baʼzi oʻyin konsollarida keng qoʻllanadi.

Ushbu formatdagi xotira kartalarining beshta avlodi mavjud boʻlib, ular mumkin boʻlgan maʼlumotlar hajmida farqlanadi (yuqoridan pastga mos keladi):

  • SD 1.0 — 8 MB dan 2 GB gacha;
  • SD 1.1 — 4 GB gacha;
  • SDHC — 32 GB gacha;
  • SDXC — 2 TB gacha;
  • SDUC — 128 TB gacha.

Format haqida

16 MB hajmdagi SD-karta

Ushbu standart 1999 yil avgust oyida Panasonic, SanDisk va Toshiba tomonidan MMC kartasi asosida joriy qilingan va sanoat standartiga aylangan. 2000 yilda Matsushita, SanDisk va Toshiba CES koʻrgazmasida SD Card Association yaratishni eʼlon qildilar.

UHS shinasi

UHS (Ultra High Speed) bus standartning 3 va 4 versiyalarida joriy qilingan yuqori tezlikdagi maʼlumot almashish protokoli hisoblanadi. Spetsifikatsiya UHS kartalari va kontrollerlarining Normal Speed va High Speed oldingi interfeyslari bilan oʻzaro muvofiqligini talab qiladi.

Tezlik klassi

Oddiy kartalar uchun tezlik klassi C harfi ichidagi raqam bilan koʻrsatilgan. UHS kartalari uchun tezlik klassi U harfi ichidagi raqam bilan koʻrsatilgan. Video Speed Class kartalari uchun V harfining oʻng tomonidagi raqam bilan koʻrsatilgan[5][6][7]. Application Performance Class kartalari uchun A harfining oʻng tomonidagi raqam bilan koʻrsatilgan[8].

Application Performance Class SD assotsiatsiyasi tomonidan nashr etilgan SD Specificationda aniqlanadi. Application Performance Class 1 (A1) SD Specificationda 5.1 da, A2 SD Specificationda 6.0 da belgilangan.[9][10]
