寺內內閣（日语：寺內內閣／てらうちないかく Terauchi Naikaku */?）是日本元帥陸軍大將及軍事參議官寺內正毅就任第18任內閣總理大臣（首相）後，自1916年（大正5年）10月9日至1918年9月29日組成的內閣。

概要

1916年（大正5年），由於在部隊增設（日语：二個師団増設問題）及預算審核等問題上的分歧，使當時由大隈重信領導的大隈內閣與貴族院的對立不斷激化[1]。最終大隈內閣總辭，並由大隈的親信加藤高明推薦時任朝鮮總督的寺內正毅繼任。在經大正天皇同意任命後，寺內於1916年10月就任為內閣總理大臣[2]。

1917年內，俄國國內接連爆發多次革命，局勢動盪。當時歐美各國仍陷於第一次世界大戰戰火中，無力過度干涉革命，於是多次向日本照會，希望日本協助干涉俄國革命[3]。日本方面一開始拒絕請求，不過在衡量利益後，寺內正毅決定出兵干涉西伯利亞[4]。隨著在西伯利亞的戰事持續延長，國帑大量損耗，使日本國內民眾對出兵行動的不滿情緒日益高漲，最終日軍於1922年撤出俄國[5]。而寺內內閣在對俄戰爭結束前，就因財政困窘及處理糧食漲價不當等問題，於1918年9月總辭，由立憲政友會籍的原敬繼任組閣[6]。
