Apama IV, kadang dikenal sebagai Apama IV (bahasa Yunani: Απάμα Δ΄) merupakan seorang putri dari Dinasti Antigonid. Ayahandanya adalah Filipus V, raja yang bertakhta dari tahun 221 SM sampai 179 SM dan saudaranya adalah Perseus, raja yang bertakhta dari tahun 179 SM sampai 167 SM. Ia adalah istri Raja Prusias II Cynegus dari Bithynia, dan ibunda pewarisnya, Nikomedes II Epiphanes. Suaminya adalah sepupunya karena bibinya Apama III adalah istri Prusias I Cholus.[1]
