Arbitrasi

Arbitrasi adalah sebuah cara penyelesaian masalah di luar pengadilan. Sengketa akan diselesaikan oleh satu orang atau lebih (arbitrator, arbiter atau pengadilan arbitral), yang memberikan keputusan arbitrasi. Keputusan arbitrasi mengikat secara hukum pada kedua belah pihak dan diberlakukan dalam pengadilan.[1] Arbitrasi dapat dilakukan bila para pihak yang berkonflik tidak dapat mencapai kompromi sendiri.[2]
