Archaeonycteris adalah sebuah genus kelelawar arkaik yang jasad terfosilisasinya ditemukan di Jerman, Prancis, Inggris dan India.

Genus tersebut didirikan pada 1917, saat Pierre Revilliod mendeskripsikan material yang diekskavasi di Lubang Messel sebagai spesies fosil Archaeonycteris trigonodon.
