Atabeg, Atabek , atau Atabey adalah gelar turun temurun di Turki[1] untuk gubernur suatu negara atau provinsi yang merupakan bawahan dari monarki. Kemunculan julukan ini terjadi saat kekuasaan Seljuk[2] Gelar ini nantinya digunakan oleh orang Armenia, pertama dengan Zakarid-Mxargrzeli sebagai gelar militer[3] dan saat ini masih digunakan sebagai nama keluarga.[4]
