Azadistan (bahasa Persia: آزادیستان Āzādestān berarti tanah kebebasan) adalah sebuah negara berumur pendek yang didirikan oleh Mohammad Khiabani di barat laut Iran. Negara ini didirikan pada awal tahun 1920 dan dibubarkan pada bulan September 1920 stetlah tewasnya Khiabani.
