Bamako (ߓߡߊ߬ߞߐ߬ Bàmakɔ̌ (Bahasa Bambara), 𞤄𞤢𞤥𞤢𞤳𞤮 Bamako (Bahasa Fula) ) adalah ibu kota sekaligus kota terbesar Mali. Bamako terletak di Sungai Niger, di sebelah barat daya negara tersebut. Kota ini adalah pusat administratif Mali, serta merupakan pusat perdagangan regional yang penting. Penduduknya berjumlah 1.290.000 jiwa (2004).
