Barqa (bahasa Arab: برقة; bahasa Berber: Berqa), juga disebut Barke (bahasa Yunani: Βάρκη, Bárkē), adalah sebuah kota kuno yang terletak di wilayah pesisir Libya. Kota ini mulanya merupakan sebuah koloni Yunani kuno. Menurut sebagian besar arkeolog, kota kuno ini terletak di Marj, tetapi menurut Alexander Graham, letaknya berada di Tolmeita (Ptolemais).[1]

Kota Barke kemudian menjadi wilayah Kekaisaran Romawi. Pada masa Kekaisaran Romawi Timur, kota ini merupakan bagian dari Exarchatus Afrika hingga akhirnya kota ini ditaklukan oleh pasukan Muslim pada tahun 643–644. Kota ini kemudian menjadi ibu kota provinsi Barqah di kekhalifahan.
