William December "Billy Dee" Williams Jr. (lahir 6 April 1937) adalah seorang pemeran dan novelis asal Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal karena berperan sebagai Lando Calrissian dalam seri Star Wars, mula-mula pada aal 1980an untuk The Empire Strikes Back, dan Return of the Jedi, dan tiga puluh enam tahun kemudian dalam The Rise of Skywalker (2019), menjadikannya salah satu pemeran terlama dalam hal sebuah peran karakter dengan pemeran yang sama dalam sejarah film Amerika.
