Bo Derek (nama lahir Mary Cathleen Collins; lahir 20 November 1956)[1] adalah seorang pemeran film dan televisi dan peraga busana Amerika Serikat yang dikenal karena peran filmnya dalam film komedi seks 10 (1979). Ia disutradarai oleh suaminya John Derek dalam Fantasies, Tarzan, the Ape Man (keduanya 1981), Bolero (1984) dan Ghosts Can't Do It (1989), seminya meraih ulasan negatif. Menjanda sejak 1998, ia tinggal dengan John Corbett.
