Brontomerus ("paha guntur", dari bahasa Yunani bronte berarti "guntur", dan merós berarti "paha") adalah sebuah genus dinosaurus sauropoda camarasauromorpha yang hidup pada periode Kapur Awal (Aptian atau Albian, kurang lebih 110 juta tahun lalu). Genus ini dinamai pada 211 dengan spesies tipe yaitu Brontomerus mcintoshi. Barangkali genus ini merupakan camarasauromorpha yang cukup basal, meski taksonnya sulit ditetapkan karena ketidaklengkapan materialnya. Brontomerus paling umum dikenal karena memiliki tulang paha yang biasa, yang dapat menunjang otot-otot paha terbesat secara perbandingan, pada sauropoda.[1] Nama spesifiknya menghormati fisikawan dan ahli sauropoda Amerika Utara John "Jack" Stanton McIntosh.[1][2]
