Cansjera adalah genus tumbuhan dalam famili Opiliaceae yang dideskripsikan sebagai genus dengan nama ini pada tahun 1789.[3][4]
Cansjera merupakan tanaman asli dari Tiongkok selatan, anak benua India, Asia Tenggara, Papuasia, dan Australia utara.[1][2]
