Capcir

Capcir merupakan sebuah comarca Catalunya bersejarah di Catalunya Utara, sekarang bagian dari Département Pyrénées-Orientales di Prancis. Ibu kota comarca ini adalah Formiguera, dan berbatasan dengan comarca bersejarah Conflent dan Alta Cerdanya. Capcir terletak di sebuah plateau, sekitar 1500 meter di atas permukaan laut, dan memberikan penyeberangan antara lembah tinggi Aude dan kedua Cerdanya dan Cerdagne Prancis. Masih merupakan pedesaan, tetapi telah berkembang dalam empat puluh tahun terakhir berkat atraksi turisnya. Capcir memiliki dua julukan: Siberia kecil atau Kanada kecil. Ini memberikan ide mengenai iklim yang dapat terjadi selama musim dingin.
