Chilly Willy adalah karakter kartun, penguin mungil. Dia diciptakan oleh sutradara Paul Smith untuk studio Walter Lantz pada tahun 1953, dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut oleh Tex Avery dalam dua film berikutnya setelah entri debut Smith.
