Dacryodes macrocarpa adalah pohon dalam keluarga Burseraceae. Epitet spesifik macrocarpa berasal dari bahasa Yunani yang berarti 'buah besar'.[2]

Deskripsi

Dacryodes macrocarpa tumbuh sebagai pohon berukuran sedang hingga tinggi. Kulit kayunya berwarna cokelat kemerahan dan pecah-pecah. Buah berbentuk ovoid atau elipsoid berukuran panjang hingga 4 cm (1,6 in).[2]

Persebaran dan habitat

Dacryodes macrocarpa tumbuh secara alami di Sumatra, Semenanjung Malaya, dan Borneo. Habitatnya adalah hutan pesisir dan rawa.[2]
