Kirill Aleksandrovich Tolmatsky (bahasa Rusia: Кири́лл Алекса́ндрович Толмацкий; 22 Juli 1983 – 3 Februari 2019)[2] atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nama panggungnya Detsl, adalah seorang penyanyi hip hop asal Rusia. Ia merupakan lulusan sekolah di Swiss dan Sekolah Internasional Britania di Moskow.[1]

Ia melakukan debut pada adegan rap Rusia pada tahun 1999. Pada tahun 2001, ia merilis album keduanya, Street Fighter. Setelah bekerja selama tiga tahun, Detsl merilis Le Truk, album ketiganya, pada tahun 2004, yang juga menandakan bahwa ia mengubah nama panggungnya menjadi Le Truk. Album keempat Detsl, MosVegas 2012, dirilis pada Januari 2008.

Detsl adalah nama samaran yang diperoleh Kirill Tolmatsky karena tinggi badannya yang pendek (kata detsl adalah bahasa gaul Rusia berarti "pendek").[3]

Tolmatsky meninggal dunia di Izhevsk pada 3 Februari 2019 setelah mengalami serangan jantung.[2]
