Dio Brando (ディオ・ブランドー, Dio Burandō) adalah karakter fiksi yang muncul dalam JoJo no Kimyō na Bōken, sebuah seri manga Jepang yang ditulis dan diilustrasikan oleh Hirohiko Araki. Dia adalah antagonis utama dari bagian pertama seri ini, Phantom Blood, muncul di bab debut "Dio the Invader" (侵略者ディオ, Shinryakusha Dio), yang diterbitkan dalam Weekly Shonen Jump pada tahun 1987.[1]
Dia kemudian kembali, dikenal hanya sebagai DIO, sebagai antagonis utama dari bagian ketiga seri, Stardust Crusaders, sekarang vampir yang kuat dan pengguna Stand yang dapat menghentikan waktu selama 5 detik dan meningkat 9 detik setelah menyerap darah Joseph Joestar yang dikenal sebagai The World (ザ・ワールド, Za Wārudo).
