Elsatsoosu (1872 – 1875), juga disebut Elsatsoosh, adalah seorang anggota kepanduan Indian Apache dalam Angkatan Darat Amerika Serikat yang bertugas di bawah Letkol George Crook pada Peperangan Apache. Ia memandu pasukan kavaleri melawan pasukan Apache di Teritorial Arizona pada kampanye musim dingin Crook 1872-73 dan menjadi salah satu dari sepuluh anggota kepanduan yang kemudian meraih Medal of Honor.
