Enoplea adalah kelas dari filum Nematoda, bersama Secernentea[1] dan Chromadorea pada taksonomi sekarang.[2][3][4] Enoplea diperkirakan lebih tua ketimbang Chromadorea, dan para peneliti menyebutnya "nematoda tertua", dibandingkan dengan "nematoda sekarang" dari Chromadorea.[5]
