Esna (bahasa Arab: إسنا  IPA: [ˈʔesnæ], bahasa Mesir: jwny.t atau tꜣ-snt;[1][2] atau Snē dari tꜣ-snt;[3] (bahasa Yunani kuno: Λατόπολις) Latópolis[4] atau πόλις Λάτων (Pólis Látōn)[5] atau Λάττων (Lattōn);[6][7] bahasa Latin: Lato), adalah kota Mesir. Terletak di tepi barat sungai Nil sekitar 55 km selatan Luxor. Kota ini sebelumnya merupakan bagian dari Kegubernuran Qina modern, tetapi pada 9 Desember 2009, kota ini dimasukkan ke dalam Kegubernuran Luxor yang baru.
