Fagin ialah tokoh fiktif keturunan Yahudi yang ada dalam cerita Oliver Twist karya Charles Dickens. Ia adalah pemimpin kelompok pencopet anak-anak dan melakukan sejumlah kriminalitas lainnya. Ia akhirnya digantung atas kejahatannya.

Banyak film dari novel ini yang telah diproduksi. Tokoh Fagin telah diperankan oleh Richard Dreyfuss, Alec Guinness, Robert Lindsay, Ben Kingsley, George C. Scott, Tim Curry, Dom DeLuise dan Lon Chaney.

Di dunia teater ia diperankan antara lain oleh Jarl Kulle dan Jonathan Pryce.
