Flatbergiaceae adalah sebuah famili lumut dalam ordo Sphagnales dengan satu genus yang masih ada, yaitu Flatbergium.[1]

Selain itu, genus yang telah punah, Dollyphyton, berdasarkan fosil dari Ordovisium Tengah, telah diusulkan untuk dimasukkan ke dalam famili ini.[2] Namun, interpretasi fosil tersebut sebagai tumbuhan yang diduga telah dipertanyakan.[3][4]
