Fumio Kyūma (久間 章生, Kyūma Fumio, kelahiran 4 Desember 1940) adalah seorang politikus asal Jepang. Ia menjabat dalam Parlemen Jepang sejak 1980.[2] Kyuma lulus dari Universitas Tokyo pada 1964 dan bekerja pada Kementerian Agribudaya.[3]

Kyūma menjabat sebagai Menteri Pertahanan dari 1996 sampai 1998 dalam kepemimpinan Perdana Menteri Jepang, Ryutaro Hashimoto.[butuh rujukan]
