Gortyn, Gortys atau Gortyna (bahasa Yunani: Γόρτυν, Γόρτυς, or Γόρτυνα, pengucapan [ˈɣortina]) adalah sebuah munisipalitas dan situs arkeologi yang terletak di pulau Kreta. Situs ini terletak 45 km dari kota Heraklion. Pusat kotamadya ini terletak di desa Agioi Deka.[2]

Kotamadya ini terletak di lembah Messara di sebelah selatan pegunungan Psiloritis.

Pada masa Romawi Kuno, Gortyn merupakan ibu kota provinsi Creta et Cyrenaica dan telah dihuni paling tidak dari tahun 3200 SM.
