Harry Tunney Waters Jr. (lahir 13 April 1953) adalah seorang pemeran, penyanyi dan pengarah teater Amerika Serikat, yang dikenal atas perannya sebagai Marvin Berry dalam Back to the Future (1985) dan Back to the Future Part II (1989).
