Ilan Ramon (Ibrani: אילן רמון, diucapkan [iˈlan raˈmon], lahir Ilan Wolferman; 20 Juni 1954 – 1 Februari 2003)[1] adalah seorang pilot tempur Israel yang kemudian menjadi astronaut Israel pertama untuk NASA.
Ramon turut serta dalam misi Columbia yang berakhir tragis. Ramon bersama dengan enam kru lainnya tewas dalam misi tersebut. Setelah meninggal, ia menjadi satu-satunya penerima Congressional Space Medal of Honor dari luar negeri.
