James Madison Drake (25 Maret 1837 – 28 November 1913) adalah seorang prajurit Amerika Serikat yang berjuang dalam Perang Saudara Amerika. Drake meraih penghargaan tertinggi di negara tersebut untuk keberanian saat bertempur, Medal of Honor, atas jasanya dalam Pertempuran Port Walthall Junction di Virginia pada 6 Mei 1864. Ia dianugerahi penghargaan tersebut pada 3 Maret 1873.[1][2]
