John Terry Norum adalah gitaris grup band asal Swedia, Europe dan merupakan salah satu pendiri band ini bersama Joey Tempest tahun 1979.

John Norum dilahirkan tanggal 23 Februari 1964 di Vardo, sebelah timur laut Norwegia, di sekitar Laut Barents, yang berjarak hanya 40 mil dari perbatasan Rusia. Ketika usianya menginjak setahun, keluarganya pindah ke Swedia dan ia dibesarkan di Upplans Vasby, di pinggiran Kota Stockholm, Swedia.[1]

Para penggemar band Europe sempat kehilangan raungan gitarnya, ketika akhir tahun 1986, ia hengkang dan posisinya digantikan Kee Marcello. Pada tahun 1999, pada konser reuni Europe, John Norum dan Kee Marcello bermain bersama.

Tahun 2004, Europe kembali ke formasi awal dan John Norum kembali menjadi gitarisnya setelah Kee Marcello menolak bergabung kembali.[2]

Ketika keluar dari grup band Europe, karier musiknya berlanjut dengan menghasilkan berbagai album solo.
