Beranak dalam kubur atau ekstrusi janin pascakematian,[1][2] adalah keluarnya janin lewat bagian vagina dari jasad seorang wanita hamil yang meninggal dunia akibat peningkatan gas intra-abdominal. Jenis postmortem tersebut sangat jarang terjadi pada masa penguraian jasad. Praktik pengawetan kimia, di mana bahan pengawet kimia dan bahan disinfektan dipompa ke tubuh untuk menggantikan fluida-fluida tubuh alami (dan bakteria yang mendiaminya), dapat menciptakan peristiwa "beranak dalam kubur" sehingga topik tersebut sering disebutkan dalam ranah kedokteran mancanegara.[butuh rujukan][butuh klarifikasi]
