Lassie Lou Ahern (25 Juni 1920 – 15 Februari 2018) adalah seorang aktris Amerika. Awalnya ditemukan oleh Will Rogers, dia terkenal karena perannya sebagai Little Harry dalam film bisu tahun 1927 Uncle Tom's Cabin dan juga karena kemunculannya yang berulang dalam film Our Gang. Kecuali "Baby Peggy", Ahern adalah pemain hidup terakhir yang memiliki karier penting selama era bisu Hollywood.
