Michael Louis Vincent Walsh[1] (lahir 5 Agustus 1952) [2] adalah seorang manajer bakat Irlandia dan juri pada acara televisi pencarian bakat The X Factor Inggris.

Berasal dari Kiltimagh, County Mayo, Walsh pindah ke Dublin untuk memulai karier di industri musik.[3] Ia telah memanajeri musisi-musisi seperti Johnny Logan, Boyzone, dan Westlife.
