Luna "Loony" Lovegood (Lahir ±1981) adalah salah satu tokoh fiksi dalam seri Harry Potter. Ia digambarkan sebagai seorang anak perempuan yang aneh dan kerap menggunakan aksesoris yang tidak lazim seperti kalung yang dibuat dari tutup botol butterbeer, dan menyelipkan tongkat sihirnya di belakang telinga untuk lebih aman.

Ayah Luna, Xenophilius Lovegood adalah editor dari The Quibbler, majalah unik yang berisikan (menurut Luna) "cerita-cerita penting yang perlu diketahui oleh publik". Tampaknya Luna mewarisi keunikan ('keanehan') dari ayahnya. Artikel-artikel di The Quibbler seringkali menggelikan dan bodoh. Harry Potter pada mulanya berpikir bahwa majalah ini adalah majalah lelucon, sampai ia menyadari bahwa Luna mempercayai isi majalah itu. Luna Lovegood (diperankan oleh Evanna Lynch) merupakan teman dari Ginny Weasley (adik Ron Weasley) yang berasal dari asrama Ravenclaw. Dia merupakan tokoh pendatang baru yang baik hati dan membantu Harry dan kawan-kawan untuk melawan Voldemort. Namun, menurut JK Rowling, setelah melakukan beberapa ekpedisi alam ke seluruh dunia, ia harus meyakini bahwa beberapa keyakinan ayahnya (seperti keberadaan Snorkack Tanduk-Kisut) adalah salah.
