Dobby adalah tokoh fiksi dalam seri Harry Potter karya J. K. Rowling.
Dobby adalah Peri Rumah yang unik. Tidak seperti para peri rumah lainnya, ia menginginkan kebebasan. Ia dipaksa untuk menjaga banyak rahasia hitam ketika ia masih menjadi peri rumah dari keluarga Malfoy. Ia (seperti peri rumah lainnya) selalu menyebut dirinya dengan kata ganti orang ketiga. Namun, sayangnya di Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows, ia tewas. Dobby pun dimakamkan di rumah Bill dan Fleur di Shell Cottage. Karena Dobby membantu Harry dan Ron keluar dari Manor Malfoy yang mana sebelumnya ia membantu mengeluarkan Luna Lovegood dan Mr. Ollivander sementara Hermione diinterogasi oleh Bellatrix Lastrange. Dobby akhirnya berhasil membantu mengeluarkan Harry, Ron dan Hermione beserta Goblin Griphook tetapi ia tertusuk pisau Bellatrix Lestrange saat berapparate.
