MIT Daedalus adalah sebuah pesawat terbang tenaga-manusia buatan MIT. Pesawat ini pada 23 April 1988 terbang sejauh 74 mil (119 km) dari Iraklion Air Force Base di Crete sampai pulau Santorini dalam 3 jam, 54 menit. Penerbangan ini memecahkan rekor terjauh yang dipegang sampai saat ini. Pesawat ini dinamakan atas karakter mitologi Daedalus.
Ada tiga pesawat yang dibuat:
- Light Eagle: a 92 lb (42 kg) prototipe
- Daedalus 87: Hancur di Rogers Dry Lakebed pada 17 February, 1988
- Daedalus 88: Terbang dari Crete sampai Santorini
Kedua Daedalus 87 dan 88 berbobot 69 lb (31 kg).
Daedalus dipajang di lobby Museum of Science, Boston.
