Mafraq (bahasa Arab: المفرق Al-Mafraq) adalah ibu kota Kegubernuran Mafraq di Yordania, terletak 80 km ke utara dari ibu kota Amman di persimpangan jalan ke Suriah di utara dan Irak di timur. Ini memiliki 56.340 penduduk pada tahun 2004.

Kota Mafraq terletak di utara Yordania di perbatasan antara dataran tinggi Hauran dan Gurun Suriah, sekitar 80 km sebelah utara Amman. Ini adalah ibu kota dan kota terbesar di Kegubernuran Mafraq. Kota ini dekat dengan tiga kota besar di kawasan itu, Amman di selatan, Irbid di barat, dan Damaskus di utara.
