Mark L. Dindal (lahir tahun 1960)[1] merupakan seorang sutradara, penulis naskah dan animator Amerika Serikat yang menyutradarai Cats Don't Dance (1997), The Emperor's New Groove (2000) dan Chicken Little (2005).[2] Ia bekerja di Walt Disney Animation Studios sebagai animator dan membuat efek khusus seperti The Little Mermaid (1989) dan The Rescuers Down Under (1990).
