Mocoa adalah kota sekaligus ibu kota dari department Putumayo di Colombia.

Kota ini terletak di barat laut departemen Putumayo, berbapatan dengan department Nariño di sebelah selatan dan Cauca di sebelah utara.

Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2017, bencana tanah longsor di Mocoa menelan korban lebih dari 250 orang.[1]
