NGC 7320 adalah sebuah galaksi spiral di Stephan's Quintet. Namun, galaksi ini bukan merupakan anggota dari gugusan galaksi tersebut, tetapi galaksi tersebut merupakan galaksi yang ada di garis pandang potret Stephan's Quintet, berjarak sekitar 40 juta tahun cahaya, sama dengan NGC 7331 yang tak jauh darinya. Galaksi lainnya di Stephan's Quintet berjarak 300 juta tahun cahaya dari galaksi ini.

Galaksi ini memiliki wilayah H II yang ekstensif, diidentifikasikan sebagai bercak merah, titik dimana pembentukan bintang baru aktif sedang terjadi.

Galaksi ini dipotret oleh James Webb Space Telescope sebagai bagian dari Stephan's Quintet; gambarnya diterbitkan pada 12 Juli 2022.
