NSO Group Technologies adalah sebuah firma teknologi Israel yang utamanya dikenal karena membuat perangkat pengintai Pegasus.[2] NSO adalah singkatan dari Niv, Shalev dan Omri, nama para pendiri perusahaan tersebut. Perusahaan tersebut dibentuk pada 2010 oleh Niv Karmi, Omri Lavie, dan Shalev Hulio.[3][4][5] Perusahaan tersebut mempekerjakan sekitar 500 orang pada 2017, dan bermarkas di Herzliya, dekat Tel Aviv, Israel.[1][6][7]
