Open Technology Fund (OTF) adalah sebuah perusahaan nirlaba Amerika Serikat[7] dengan tujuan untuk mendukung teknologi Kebebasan Internet global. Tujuannya adalah untuk "mendukung teknologi dan komunitas terbuka yang meningkatkan kebebasan berekspresi, penghapusan penyensoran dan menumpas pengawasan represif sebagai langkah untuk mempromosikan hak asasi manusia dan masyarakat terbuka."[1]
