Oreto berjarak 22-kilometer (14 mi) sungai di Sisilia . Sumbernya terletak di antara Altofonte dan Monreale, beberapa kilometer dari Palermo . Ini memberi nama pada Lembah Oreto dan melintasi bagian tenggara kota sebelum mengalir ke Laut Tyrrhenian.
