Padang Besar adalah sebuah kota kecil di negara bagian Perlis, Malaysia. Kota ini terletak di perbatasan Thailand, 35 kilometer sebelah timur laut Kangar. Kota ini merupakan tujuan populer orang Malaysia karena pasar terbuka bebas bea di daerah netral antara kedua negara.
