Paul-Léon Seitz (22 Desember 1906 – 23 Februari 1984) adalah seorang uskup Gereja Katolik Prancis. Ia ditahbiskan menjadi uskup pada 1952 dan diangkat menjadi uskup tituler dari takhta tituler Catula. Dari 1960 sampai 1975, ia menjabat sebagai Uskup Kontum, sebuah wilayah Dataran Tinggi Tengah Vietnam yang dikenal karena suku-suku Montagnard-nya.
Seitz mendedikasikan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan sosial untuk orang-orang Montagnaard. Ia akting dala mengumpulkan upaya atas perantaraan orang-orang suku, mendapatkan sumbangan dari Inggris dan Amerika Serikat.
Pada Perang Vietnam, Seitz mengupayakan pemulihan bagi ribuan pengungsi yang terusir oleh Viet Cong.
