Paus Gregorius XIV (Latin: Gregorius XIV; Italia: Gregorio XIV; 11 Februari 1535 – 16 Oktober 1591), lahir Niccolò Sfondrato[1] atau Sfondrati,[2] adalah kepala Gereja Katolik dan penguasa Negara Kepausan dari tanggal 5 Desember 1590 hingga kematiannya pada bulan Oktober 1591.
