Ploufolia adalah genus tumbuhan punah dalam ordo Nymphaeales. Genus ini hidup di timur laut Spanyol selama periode Albian Atas. Satu spesimen dari spesies yang bernama Ploufolia cerciforme ditemukan pada tahun 2010 di Formasi Utrillas, dekat Plou, Provinsi Teruel; nama genus ini berasal dari lokasi Plou.[1][2][3]
