RDF/XML adalah sintaks yang didefinisikan oleh W3C untuk mengekspresikan grafik RDF (Resource Description Framework) dalam bentuk dokumen XML.[1] Meskipun terkadang disebut hanya sebagai RDF, RDF/XML adalah format serialisasi pertama yang ditetapkan oleh W3C untuk RDF, dan diperkenalkan bersamaan dengan spesifikasi W3C lainnya yang mendefinisikan RDF.[2]

RDF/XML juga merupakan sintaks utama untuk pertukaran data dalam OWL 2 (Web Ontology Language), dan menjadi format yang harus didukung oleh semua alat yang beroperasi dengan OWL 2.
