Ray Evernham (lahir 26 Agustus 1957 di Hazlet, New Jersey) merupakan seorang insinyur dan mekanik tim balap mobil asal Amerika Serikat. Saat ini ia bekerja sebagai konsultan teknis untuk Hendrick Motorsports. Sebelumnya ia merupakan bos tim Richard Petty Motorsports yang membawahi pembalap-pembalap: Kasey Kahne, AJ Allmendinger, dan Elliott Sadler. Evernham sendiri lebih terkenal sebagai salah satu mekanik sukses yang mengantarkan Jeff Gordon menjadi juara umum NASCAR di musim 1995, 1997, dan 1998 saat ia bergabung bersama Hendrick Motorsports.
