Resolusi Lodge–Fish

Resolusi Lodge-Rish (bahasa Inggris: Lodge-Fish Resolution)[1] adalah sebuah resolusi bersama Dewan Kongres Amerika Serikat yang mendukung Mandat Britania untuk Palestina.[2][3][4] Resolusi tersebut diperkenalkan pada Juni 1922 oleh Hamilton Fish III dari Partai Demokrat, seorang anggota DPR Partai Republik New York, dan Henry Cabot Lodge, seorang Senator Partai Republik dari Massachusetts.[5]

Resolusi tersebut datang setelah sebuah upaya lobi signifikan oleh komunitas komunitas Zionis Amerika, dan terutama melalui ypaya Rabbi Zionis Simon Glazer.[5] Inin ditentang oleh Departemen Negara, seorang rabbi Zionis di pendengaran kongresional, dan New York Times – yang dimiliki oleh anti-Zionis Adolph Ochs.[5]

Pada 21 September 1922, Presiden saat itu Warren G. Harding menandatangani resolusi kesepakatan bersama untuk mendirikan sebuah Tanah Air Yahudi di Palestina, sesuai dengan Deklarasi Balfour tahun 1917.[6][5]
